Cancellation Policy
Please note that once you have booked an appointment, it means that I have reserved time in my schedule exclusively for you. Appointment times are limited. If you must cancel your appointment, I respectfully request 48hrs notice. Missed appointments, or appointments canceled without 48hr notice, will incur a fee of 50% of your appointment cost. No call no shows will lose ability to be rebooked in the future.
If you are past 15 min late for your appointment I will not be able to proceed with your service and you will inquire 50% of your service fee
